Presentation of a Proclamation recognizing June 15, 2015 as Elder Abuse Awareness Day Christina Cotton from Alameda County Adult Protective Services and Cheryl Poncini, Deputy District Attorney from the Elder Protection Unit of the Alameda County District Attorney's Office accepted the proclamation. 19: Presentation of a Proclamation recognizing the 50th Anniversary of American Cancer Discovery Shops Kelley Meno, Manager of the Cancer Society Discovery Shops introduced the Pleasanton volunteers and accepted the proclamation. 20. Presentation of a Commendation to Amador Valley High School"We the People" Competition Civics Team Stacey Sklar thanked the community of Pleasanton for the tremendous outpouring of support. She also recognized the support received from Councilmember Pentin through his Civics Cycling Program, Rotary and his service as one of their dress rehearsal judges with a team photo and first place medal from their recent win at the state level.
