MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> June 22, 2015 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Thorne called the special meeting to order at the hour of 3:00 p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Absent: None <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT: None <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> 1. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 15-772 pledging revenues for repayment <br /> of loaned funds through the State Water Resources Control Board for the recycled water <br /> project <br /> 2. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 15-773 approving the Installment Sale <br /> Agreement between the City and the State Water Resources Control Board for the <br /> recycled water project, and authorizing execution of the agreement and any amendments <br /> by the City Manager <br /> Motion: It was m/s by Olson/Narum to approve the consent calendar as submitted.
