NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Approves Case PUD-81-30-55M, the application of SHAC Las <br /> Positas Apartments LLC for a PUD major modification for Planned Unit Development <br /> (PUD) Major Modification to amend the Housing Site Standards and Design Guidelines <br /> for Site #9 to specifically change the minimum and maximum density from the required <br /> 30 dwelling units/acre to 15.9 dwelling units/acre for the construction of 94 condominium <br /> units and related site improvements at 5.9-acre site located at 5850 West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard. <br /> SECTION 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times", a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for <br /> fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's Office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its passage <br /> and adoption. <br /> The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council <br /> of the City of Pleasanton on June 16, 2015 and adopted at a regular meeting of the City <br /> Council of the City of Pleasanton on July 21, 2015 by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olso• Mayor Thome <br /> Noes: Councilmember Pentin <br /> Absent: None <br /> Abstain: None <br /> fry Thorne, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Karen n iaz, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Jonathan'Lowell, City Attorney <br />
