(Copy of <br /> Appendix B attached.) This Eigure included City labor costs, con- <br /> tingencies and engineering. It now appears that we will exceed the <br /> $300,000 without including any City labor costs. The original esti- <br /> mate and our latest estimate are summarized below. No City labor <br /> costs are included in the current estimate but are in the original <br /> estimate.
