CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 74-160 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF <br /> AN APPLICATION WITH THE ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF SUPERVISORS DESCRIBING THOSE <br /> PROJECTS FOR WHICH GAS TAX FUNDS WILL <br /> BE USED IN FISCAL YEAR 1974-75 IN THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton' s share of the 1974-75 Mayor 's <br /> formula distribution of certain gas tax funds amounts <br /> to $113 ,453 .67 ; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to obtain these funds , it is necessary to <br /> submit an application to the Alameda County Board of <br /> Supervisors describing the projects for which these <br /> funds will be used and a map showing the location of <br /> each project; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that the projects in the application <br /> for the funds be approved by the City Council prior <br /> to submittal to the Board of Supervisors. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1 . Staff is authorized to file an application with the <br /> County Board of Supervisors specifying the manner in which the <br /> City will use $113 ,453 .67 of the City ' s share of certain gas <br /> tax funds . Said allocation is more particularly set forth in <br /> Exhibit A, B, C and D. <br /> Section 2 .
