CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 74-155 <br /> RE: CONFIRMATION OF COST OF ABATEMENT OF WEEDS FOR 1974 <br /> WHEREAS, abatement of weeds within the City of Pleasanton has <br /> been satisfactorily completed consistent with the provi- <br /> sions of the Government Code relating thereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Fire Department of the City of Pleasanton has pre- <br /> pared, based upon information furnished by the City ' s <br /> contractor, a list of the costs on a per lot basis of <br /> abating weeds upon or in front of said lots. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RE- <br /> SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. No objections having been made to the itemization of <br /> costs on a per lot basis of the City' s weed abatement prograir <br /> for 1973-74 and the itemization having been posted con- <br /> sistent with the requirements of the Government Code <br /> outside the City Council Chambers prior hereto, the <br /> itemization contained in the report of the Fire Marshall <br /> of the City of Pleasanton Fire Department dated July 22, <br /> 1974 , is hereby confirmed and the appropriate City <br /> officers instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said confirmation including the filing of said <br /> itemization of costs with the Auditor of the County of <br /> Alameda in order that said costs be billed and collected <br /> as taxes against the lots to which the costs herein <br /> approved have attached as liens. <br /> Section 2.
