II <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 74-151 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1974-75 BUDGET OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON TO REFLECT SALARY INCREASES <br /> FOR EXECUTIVE, MIDDLE-MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDEN- <br /> T TIAL EMPLOYEES. <br /> I WHEREAS, the City Council on May 13, 1974 by Resolution No. <br /> 74-97 approved the proposed 1974-75 fiscal year <br /> Ii budget for the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> j WHEREAS , the budget as adopted did not reflect salary increases <br /> for executive, middle-management and confidential <br /> employees ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager pursuant to the guidelines establish- <br /> 1 ed by Resolution No. 74-142, has determined appro- <br /> priate salary increases for the above employees. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> I RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS : <br /> Section 1. The budget for fiscal year 1974-75 of the City <br /> of Pleasanton is hereby amended to reflect the salary increase <br /> I I <br /> for executive, middle-management and confidential employees as <br /> set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> Section 2.
