CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 74-150 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SALARY AND FRINGE <br /> BENEFITS FOR THE CITY ATTORNEY FOR FISCAL YEAR <br /> 1974-75 , AND AMENDING THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> BUDGET ACCORDINGLY. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council on May 13 , 1974 by Resolution No. <br /> 74-97 approved the proposed 1974-75 budget for the <br /> City of Pleasanton; and <br /> WHEREAS, the budget as adopted did not reflect a salary increase <br /> for the City Attorney; and <br /> WHEREAS, said increase shall be computed as of July 1, 1974 in <br /> accordance with Resolution No. 74-143 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS : <br /> Section 1. The City Attorney' s budget for the fiscal year 1974-75 <br /> is amended by the increase in the City Attorney' s salary to <br /> $2, 080 per month. <br /> Section 2. The City Attorney shall be entitled to the following <br /> fringe benefits for fiscal year 1974-75: <br /> a) Health and welfare benefits to include fully paid <br /> medical, long-term disability, and life insurance. <br /> b) Two days administrative leave not to be taken in <br /> conjunction with annual vacation and to be reimburse. <br /> at the end of the year if not taken. <br /> c) Unrestricted use of vehicle provided by the City, <br /> provided that the City Attorney shall pay for gas- <br /> oline related to personal use thereof. <br /> d) The fringe benefits herein provided for are in <br /> addition to fringe benefits provided to the general <br /> employees on the date hereof. <br />
