NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER <br /> THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. For the reasons set forth in the staff report and statements made <br /> during the public hearing, denies the appeal, thereby upholding the decision of the <br /> Planning Commission to deny the appeal, thereby upholding the Zoning Administrator's <br /> approval for Administrative Design Review application to construct an approximately <br /> 1,200 square-foot detached second unit with an approximately 317-square-foot one-car <br /> garage located at 547 Sycamore Road with conditions as modified in Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2.
