ATTACHMENT SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT This Seventh Amendment to Agreement ( "Seventh Amendment ") is entered into this 21st day of July 2015, by the City of Pleasanton ( "City ") and BKF Engineers ( "Consultant ") Whereas, on September 7, 2010 the City and Consultant entered into an Agreement for Professional Services for the Bernal at I -680 Interchange project (Agreement 10- 685C), which was amended by First Amendment on 12/16/11, Second Amendment on 3/28/13, Third Amendment on 12/4/13, Fourth Amendment on 12/17/13, and Fifth Amendment on 6/3/14, and Sixth Amendment on 6/11/15 (collectively the "Agreement "); and Whereas, the project work plan was expanded to provide additional design services, archaeological monitoring, and construction staking services during the construction of the Bernal Avenue at 1 -680 Landscape Improvement Project. Design services during construction include: responding to request for information from the contractor, review contractor submittals as required, attend construction meetings as required, and prepare construction record drawings; and Whereas, the parties desire to amend to the Agreement; Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 1 of the Agreement is amended to expand the work plan for the Bernal Avenue at I -680 Landscape Improvement Project to provide design, archaeological monitoring, and construction staking services during construction. Design services during construction include: responding to requests for information from the contractor, review contractor submittals as required, attend construction meetings as required, and prepare construction record drawings. 2. Section 4 of this Agreement is amended to increase compensation by $97,100, for a total compensation amount of $708,366. 3.
