Zoning for the property is <br />PUD -MU (Planned Unit Development — Mixed Use) District. <br />Action recommended: Approval <br />Action taken: Approved, per staff recommendation <br />Vote: 3 -0 -1 -2 (Balch recused himself; Nagler was absent for the vote) <br />PUD -25, Greenbriar Homes Communities, Lund Ranch 11 <br />Applications for: (1) Planned Unit Development (PUD) Rezoning and Development <br />Plan approval to construct 50 single - family, two -story homes and related improvements <br />on the approximately 194.7 -acre Lund Ranch II property located at 1500 Lund Ranch <br />Road at the end of Lund Ranch Road; (2) Certification of the Final Environmental <br />Impact Report (EIR) prepared for the project; and (3) Development Agreement to vest <br />entitlements for the project. Zoning for the property is PUD- LDR/OS (Planned Unit <br />Development — Low Density Residential /Open Space) District. <br />Action recommended: Recommend approval <br />Vote: 2 -2 -1 -1 (O'Connor recused himself) <br />Action taken: The Commissioner's Handbook provides that "If there are no vacancies <br />on the Commission, and if all Commissioners are not present, a tie vote <br />on a motion shall be carried forward to the next meeting at which all <br />Commissioners are present" Therefore, the item was continued to the <br />August 26, 2015 meeting. <br />P15 -0331, Rex and Jean Shoemake <br />Application for Administrative Design Review approval to construct an approximately <br />324 - square -foot, 14 -foot tall detached patio cover in the rear yard of the property <br />located at 5082 Crestwood Court.
