Box 520 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />ATTACHMENT 2 <br />Recording requested Pursuant to <br />Government Code Sections <br />27383 & 6103 <br />PREANNEXATION AND PROVISION OF SEWERAGE <br />FACILITIES AND SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made this _ day of _, 2015 between the City of Pleasanton, <br />a municipal corporation (City) and Robin Boggs and Carmen Jung (Owners). <br />RECITALS <br />A. Owners are the owners of certain real property located at 753 Sycamore Road <br />(APN 949 - 0006 - 007 -04), Pleasanton, CA, more particularly described in Exhibit <br />A (the Property) and incorporated herein by reference. <br />B. Owners wish to connect the Property to the City sewer system in order to <br />eliminate the need to repair and reconstruct an existing septic tank and leach <br />field system. <br />D. Generally, City policy requires property to be annexed prior to extending such <br />City services as sewer service. <br />E. Owners are willing to annex the Property either as part of a larger annexation or <br />as part of a smaller annexation involving other property contiguous to the City. <br />F. The public health, safety, and welfare of the City's residents are well served by <br />eliminating the need for septic tanks and by connecting to the City's sewer <br />system. <br />G. City is willing to extend its sewer service only if there are assurances that the <br />Property will not be further subdivided without approval of the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, City and Owner hereby agree as follows: <br />1. Sewer Service. Owners may connect to City's sewer system prior to the City's <br />annexation of the Property upon the satisfaction of the following conditions: <br />(a) Owners shall pay the then - existing sewer connection fees charged by the <br />Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD), as well as City connection <br />fees, for connecting to the City sewer system in accordance with <br />applicable DSRSD, City ordinances and master fee schedules. <br />(b) Owners shall pay all costs associated with extending the sewer system to <br />serve the Property, including any pro rata share cost of the main line <br />
