FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON i AND REPEALING RESOLUTIONS NOS . 71-23 , 73-95 , 73--112 , 73-126 and 74-101. I WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of municipal services to its citizens , and WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to charge its citizens for these services; and WHEREAS , previously all fees and charges were codified in the City 's Ordinance Code, but the Council has endeavored to place said fees and charges in one document to facilitaite amendments thereto and to allow for easier dissemination of said fees and charges to the general public; and WHEREAS, previously enacted resolutions pertaining to fees f and charges are no longer necessary. NOW,, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The fees and charges to be paid for various munici- pal services rendered by the City of Pleasanton are set forth in Exhibit A,attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in its C,entirety herein. Section 2 .
