CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO . 74--135 <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING F. ROGER McLAIN AND <br /> WALT WOOD TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR <br /> FOUR-YEAR TERMS . <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council, by Resolution No . 72-97, appointed <br /> Mr. F. Roger McLain to fill the unexpired term of Mr. <br /> Bradley Hirst; and <br /> WHEREAS , said term expired on May 5 , 1974 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has interviewed Mr. McLain with re- <br /> spect to determining his desire to continue as a Plannin= <br /> Commissioner and to evaluate his performance as a <br /> Planning Commissioner; and <br /> WHEREAS , Mr. Walt Wood was appointed to the Planning Commission <br /> in October, 1969 to fill the unexpired term of a <br /> Planning Commissioner; and <br /> WHEREAS, on or about May 5 , 1970 , Mr. Walt Wood was appointed <br /> as a permanent member of the Planning Commission <br /> to a four-year term, which expired on May 5 , 1974 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , The City Council interviewed Mr. Wood to determine his <br /> willingness to continue as a Planning Commissioner and <br /> to evaluate his performance as a Planning Commissioner. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS ; <br /> Section 1 . F. Roger McLain, 1787 Beachwood Way , Pleasanton, <br /> California, is hereby reappointed as a member of the Planning <br /> Commission, to a four-year term terminating on May 5 , 1978 , or <br /> until his successor is appointed. <br /> Section 2 . Walt Wood, 5284 Northway Road, Pleasanton, California, <br /> is hereby reappointed as a member of the Planning Commission, for <br />
