Section 2 . Applicants shall deposit with the Department of <br /> Housing and Community Development a sum determined by the Director <br /> of said department, or his designated representative, sufficient <br /> to reimburse City for the costs incurred pursuant to Section 1 <br /> above. <br /> If a Negative Declaration or Environmental Impact Report is <br /> required and is prepared by the City staff, the amount of the <br /> deposit shall be the hourly rate of the staff member, or members, <br /> involved, plus fringe benefits and overhead costs , based on the <br /> City 's then current salary schedule . <br /> If the environmental document cannot be prepared by City <br /> staff, then City shall select an outside firm determined by the <br /> Director or his designated representative , to be qualified to <br /> prepare the report. The amount of the deposit required of the <br /> applicant shall be based upon the estimated cost of consultant's <br /> services . <br /> Section 3 : Any monies remaining on a deposit, after payment of <br /> necessary expenses incurred pursuant to this resolution, shall <br /> be returned to the applicant. Any additional monies required <br /> shall be paid by the applicant prior to the submittal of the <br /> necessary approving body. <br /> Section 4 . Resolution No. 73-61 is hereby repealed in its <br /> entirety . <br /> Section 5 .
