CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 759 AN ORDINANCE REZONING FROM C-F (COMMERCIAL FP~EWAY) DISTRICT TO C-S (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT A PARCEL OF PROPERTY APPROXIMATELY 9 ACRES IN SIZE, LOCATED AT 3716 STANLEY BOULEVARD, AS SHOWN ON ZONING UNIT MAP NO. 145, AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY. ~EREAS, the Planning Commission by their Resolution No. 1334 adopted at their regular meeting of March 20, 1975, recommended to the City Council the rezoning from C-F (Commercial Freeway) District to C-S (Commercial Service) District of certain property located at 3716 Stanley Boulevard, approximately 9 acres in size (an irregularly shaped lot on the south side of Stanley Boulevard extending between the Arroyo deI Valle and Stanley Boulevard); and WHEREAS, this matter was heard by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a Public Hearing held at their meeting on April 14, 1975; and WHEREAS, this rezoning has been deemed to be consistent with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The parcel of property approximately 9 acres in size, located at 3716 Stanley Boulevard, further described as an irregularly shaped lot on the south side of Stanley Boulevard extending between the Arroyo del Valle and Stanley Boulevard is hereby rezoned from C-F (Conm~ercial Freeway) to the C-S (Commercial Service) District, as shown on Zoning Unit Map #145 attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton is amended accordingly. ~ Section 2.
