CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 759 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING FROM C-F (COMMERCIAL FP~EWAY) <br /> DISTRICT TO C-S (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT A <br /> PARCEL OF PROPERTY APPROXIMATELY 9 ACRES IN SIZE, <br /> LOCATED AT 3716 STANLEY BOULEVARD, AS SHOWN ON <br /> ZONING UNIT MAP NO. 145, AND AMENDING THE ZONING <br /> MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY. <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the Planning Commission by their Resolution No. 1334 <br />adopted at their regular meeting of March 20, 1975, recommended <br />to the City Council the rezoning from C-F (Commercial Freeway) <br />District to C-S (Commercial Service) District of certain property <br />located at 3716 Stanley Boulevard, approximately 9 acres in size <br />(an irregularly shaped lot on the south side of Stanley Boulevard <br />extending between the Arroyo deI Valle and Stanley Boulevard); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this matter was heard by the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton at a Public Hearing held at their meeting on <br />April 14, 1975; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this rezoning has been deemed to be consistent with <br />the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The parcel of property approximately 9 acres in size, <br /> located at 3716 Stanley Boulevard, further described as an <br /> irregularly shaped lot on the south side of Stanley Boulevard <br /> extending between the Arroyo del Valle and Stanley Boulevard <br /> is hereby rezoned from C-F (Conm~ercial Freeway) to the C-S <br /> (Commercial Service) District, as shown on Zoning Unit Map <br /> #145 attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and the Zoning Map of <br /> <br /> the City of Pleasanton is amended accordingly. ~ <br /> Section 2.
