ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1993-1 WINDSOR <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON,ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> Stephen Kirkpatrick, City Engineer, Engineer for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance <br /> District No. 1993-1, Windsor, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report <br /> as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code <br /> (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas and open space areas, <br /> entry features, masonry soundwalls, common area drainage ditches, irrigation <br /> systems, trees and plantings in designated landscaped areas, furnishing of water and <br /> power for irrigation systems, and street lights, together with all appurtenant and <br /> incidental expenses within Tract 6320, City of Pleasanton. <br /> This Report consists of five parts, as follows: <br /> PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City <br /> Clerk. Although separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part <br /> of this report and are included in it by reference. <br /> PART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br /> PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited <br /> parcel of land within the Assessment District. <br /> PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the <br /> amount proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br /> PART E - An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within <br /> the assessment district.
