Name of Recipient <br /> Agreement No.: XX-XXX-550 <br /> Project No.: C-06-XXXX-XXX <br /> EXHIBIT H-COMPLIANCE WITH CROSS-CUTTING STATE AUTHORITIES <br /> 1. EMERGENCY DROUGHT REGULATIONS <br /> The Recipient shall continue to comply with the State Water Board's Drought Emergency Water <br /> Conservation regulations in Section 863-865 of title 23 of the California Code of Regulations. The <br /> Recipient will include a discussion of its implementation in reports submitted pursuant to Section 2.16 of <br /> this Agreement. <br /> 2. CDIAC PRE-ISSUANCE and POST ISSUANCE REPORTS <br /> Recipient must submit a Pre-Issuance Report to California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission 30 <br /> days prior to the issuance of any debt according to the requirements of Government Code section <br /> 88550). Such a Recipient must also submit a Post-Issuance Report to California Debt and Investment <br /> Advisory Commission 21 days after to the issuance of any debt according to the requirements of <br /> Government Code section 8855(j). <br /> 3. COMPLIANCE WITH STATE AUTHORITIES <br /> Recipient represents that is in in compliance with and agrees that it will continue to maintain compliance <br /> with the state authorities set forth below: <br /> (a) Public Works Contractor Registration With Department Of Industrial Relations <br /> To bid for public works contracts, Recipient and Recipient's subcontractors must register with the <br /> Department of Industrial Relations as required by Labor Code sections 1725.5 and <br /> 1771.1. Pursuant to subdivision (e) of section 1725.5 and subdivision (g) of section 1771.1, the <br /> registration requirements apply to any bid proposal submitted on or after March 1, 2015, and any <br /> contract entered into on or after April 1, 2015. <br /> (b)Volumetric Pricing &Water Meters <br /> Recipient must charge each customer for actual water volume measured by water meter <br /> according to the requirements of Water Code sections 526 and 527. Section 527 further requires <br /> that such suppliers not subject to section 526 install water meters on all municipal and industrial <br /> service connections within their service area by 2025. <br /> (c) Urban Water Demand Management <br /> Recipient must implement water demand management measures approved by the Department of <br /> Water Resources according to the requirements of Water Code section 10631.5, subdivision <br /> (a)(1). <br /> (d) Agricultural Water Management Plan Consistency <br /> If Recipient is an agricultural water supplier as defined by Water Code section 10608.12, <br /> Recipient must comply with Agricultural Water Management Planning requirements as mandated <br /> by Water Code section 10852. <br /> H-1 <br />
