Participated in spot <br /> mapping research project of birds in old-growth, mixed conifer forest for the U.S. <br /> Forest Service's PSW Research Station study (Jared Verner). <br /> California Department of Fish and Game <br /> Conducted state-wide surveys for willow flycatchers and a two-year <br /> ecological/demographic study of a population of willow flycatchers in the Sierra <br /> Nevada. Made management recommendations implemented by the U.S. Forest <br /> Service for protection of habitat. Wrote document used to support Department of <br /> Fish and Game's (successful) petition to list willow flycatchers as Endangered in <br /> California. <br /> LSA Associates <br /> Prepared Wildlife Management Plan for Tuolumne County and co-authored plan <br /> for Tuolumne County planning department.
