Brook Vinnedge <br /> Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD), Schaeffer Ranch Water Pipeline Biological Monitoring, <br /> Alameda County, California.August—November 2012. <br /> Ms. Vinnedge arranged for DSRSD to purchase credit for species impacts through the Ohlone Preserve <br /> Conservation Bank, she also conducted preconstruction surveys for California red-legged frog and <br /> Alameda whipsnake in the Schaeffer Ranch water pipeline project area and provided biological <br /> monitoring and post-construction compliance in support of Service File No. 1-1-02-F-0293. <br /> The Covello Group, Novato Sanitary District Wastewater Treatment Expansion Project, Marin County, <br /> California. March 2007—December 2012. <br /> Brook Vinnedge was the lead biologist for construction compliance and biological monitoring for <br /> expansion of the Novato Sanitary District and Ignacio wastewater treatment plants.The proposed project <br /> included installation of over 2-miles of 16-inch underground pipeline that extended under Novato Creek <br /> and expansion of two wasterwater treatment facilities in Mad n, California. Brook Vinnedge was the <br /> contract manager for the six years of monitoring, which included all pre-construction surveys, <br /> environmental awareness training, biological monitoring and 5 years of post-construction vegetation <br /> monitoring in support to comply with environmental permits. <br /> Ironhouse Sanitary District, Wastewater Treatment Expansion Project,Contra Costa County,California. <br /> October 2007—October 2011. <br /> Ms. Vinnedge prepared all environmental permits applications and conducted all biological surveys and <br /> construction monitoring for the expansion of the Ironhouse Sanitary District wastewater treatment <br /> facilities, pipelines and a direct discharge into the San Joaquin River off the north shore of Jersey Island. <br /> Ms. Vinnedge assembled and managed resource specialists and regulatory compliance specialists for <br /> completion of wetland, botanical, and wildlife surveys, necessary to support regulatory permit <br /> applications.She also provided construction monitoring and preconstruction surveys for the project. <br /> Westervelt Ecological Services, Burke Ranch Conservation Bank,Solana County.March 2007—June 2011. <br /> Ms. Vinnedge was the lead biologist for completing protocol level surveys for Delta green ground beetle <br /> and California tiger salamander within a 960-acre conservation bank locate in Solano County. Assist with <br /> production of mitigation banking documents and technical reports. Assist with quantification of credits <br /> available for listed species within the bank. <br /> City of Brentwood, Walnut Blvd Widening Project, Contra Costa County.January 2006—August 2006. <br /> Ms. Vinnedge conducted preconstruction surveys and monitoring of burrowing owls during project <br /> construction. Prepared minimization measures for coordination with CDFW and compliance with Code <br /> 3503.5.
