Section 3. The City Council approves the First Amendment to the <br /> Development Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and SHAG Las Positas <br /> Apartments LLC, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and <br /> incorporated herein aby the this reference, and authorizes the City Manager to <br /> execute the above-referenced First Amendment when approved as to form by <br /> the City Attorney and directs the City Clerk to record the document as provided in <br /> Section 65868.5 of the Government Code. <br /> Section 4. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times", a newspaper of general <br /> circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall <br /> be posted for 15 days in the City Clerk's office within 15 days after its adoption. <br /> Section 5.
