ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> ADOPTING THE FY 2015/16 and FY 2016/17 OPERATING BUDGET AND THE FY <br /> 2015/16 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, biannually the City Council adopts a two-year operating budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public workshop to review the budget was held in June 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS, at a public hearing on June 16, 2015, staff presented a report regarding <br /> the recommended Operating Budget for FY 2015/16 and FY 2016/17 and Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program for FY 2015/16. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE <br /> FOLLOWING: <br /> Section 1: Council adopts the FY 2015/16 and FY 2016/17 Operating Budget provided in <br /> Attachment A. <br /> Section 2: Council adopts the FY 2015/16 Community Development Block Grant <br /> program as outlined in Attachment B. <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> Section 4: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the <br /> book of original resolutions. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br /> at a regular meeting held on June 16, 2015. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br /> foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 16th <br /> day of June, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Karen Din, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Jonathan Lowell, City Attorney <br />
