SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> UTILITIES— Water Pump Repairs <br /> Contractor Name: Pump Repair Service Company Signature: <br /> The City is requesting an experienced licensed contractor to perform routine and emergency water pump repair <br /> work for the Utilities Division. This work would be performed at any of the City's water or facilities located <br /> throughout the City. <br /> All Contractors' employees shall comply with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations governing the <br /> installation and testing of electrical pumping equipment and components. All Contractors' employees shall <br /> comply with all OSHA and City policies regarding the proper use of Lockout/Tagout procedures. <br /> The following outline provides a scope of work for the City's expectations regarding "as needed" Water pump <br /> repair work for utilities: <br /> • Provide routine pump service at all utilities' pump stations. <br /> • Provide emergency service on a call out basis for these same locations. <br /> • Provide troubleshooting and repairs to pumps and motors of varying voltage and phase. <br /> • Perform work on water and sewer pumps varying in size from 2 H.P. to 450 H.P. <br /> • Troubleshoot and repair any controllers and accessories associated with water, sewer, and storm <br /> pumping systems. <br /> • Provide removal and installation of pumps and electric motors at locations. <br /> CONTRACTOR'S LABOR RATES (Hourly) <br /> Position Description Regular Overtime Sunday Emergency <br /> Callout <br /> Foreperson $125.00 $187.50 $250.00 $250.00 <br /> Journeyman Specialist $110.00 $165.00 $220.00 $220.00 <br /> Laborer/Pipe layer $110.00 $165.00 $220.00 $220.00 <br /> Truck Driver $ 110.00 $165.00 $220.00 $220.00 <br /> Contractor's Equipment <br /> Equipment Size & Description Hourly Rate <br /> BOOM TRUCK 9 TON / 14 TON $60.00/80.00 <br /> PICK UP TRUCKS F250 FORD SERVICE TRUCK $60 PER DAY <br /> Percent of mark-up on material: 15-25 % Percent Mark-up on invoicing must be demonstrated as a <br /> percentage.
