June 2015 through December 2015. Please note that during this trial period, that there <br /> will be no charge for the public's drop-in use of the tennis courts. Therefore, the City <br /> and/or the District will not be receiving any compensation or capital improvements as <br /> part of this agreement. In the event of an extension and/or expansion of this <br /> Agreement, both parties may desire to include such consideration. <br /> During the initial six (6) month trial period, the tennis courts will be available for <br /> community use as follows: <br /> June 20 —August 24, 2015 <br /> Mondays — Fridays: 6:00 p.m. — 8:00 p.m. <br /> Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. <br /> Sundays: 9:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. <br /> August 25 — December 13. 2015 <br /> Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. <br /> Sundays: 1:00 p.m. — 4:00 p.m. <br /> In addition, the Agreement outlines the rules, rights and responsibilities of each agency, <br /> as well as insurance requirements and the respective indemnification obligations. <br /> At the end of the six month trial, the agreement may be extended and/or expanded to <br /> include the tennis courts at Foothill High School after December 13, 2015 if the District <br /> and the City find the shared use mutually acceptable. <br /> On April 27, 2015, staff presented the draft Agreement at the joint meeting of the City <br /> Council and Board of Trustees. Both the City Council and Board of Trustees agreed to <br /> forward the Agreement to both the Board of Trustees and the City Council for further <br /> review and discussion.
