June 2015 through December 2015. Please note that during this trial period, that there will be no charge for the public's drop-in use of the tennis courts. Therefore, the City and/or the District will not be receiving any compensation or capital improvements as part of this agreement. In the event of an extension and/or expansion of this Agreement, both parties may desire to include such consideration. During the initial six (6) month trial period, the tennis courts will be available for community use as follows: June 20 —August 24, 2015 Mondays — Fridays: 6:00 p.m. — 8:00 p.m. Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. Sundays: 9:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. August 25 — December 13. 2015 Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. Sundays: 1:00 p.m. — 4:00 p.m. In addition, the Agreement outlines the rules, rights and responsibilities of each agency, as well as insurance requirements and the respective indemnification obligations. At the end of the six month trial, the agreement may be extended and/or expanded to include the tennis courts at Foothill High School after December 13, 2015 if the District and the City find the shared use mutually acceptable. On April 27, 2015, staff presented the draft Agreement at the joint meeting of the City Council and Board of Trustees. Both the City Council and Board of Trustees agreed to forward the Agreement to both the Board of Trustees and the City Council for further review and discussion.
