Public Hearing: P15-0170, PUD-81-30-55M, PUD-81-30-89D, and P15-0169, Summerhill <br /> Housing Group—Consider the following at the approximately 5.9-acre site located at 5850 W. Las <br /> Positas Boulevard: (1) introduction of an ordinance approving a Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br /> Major Modification to modify the minimum density requirement of 30 dwelling units/acre to a <br /> density of 15.9 dwelling units/acre; (2) introduction of an ordinance approving a PUD Major <br /> Modification to amend the Housing Site Development Standards and Design Guidelines to modify <br /> the minimum and maximum density requirement of 30 dwelling units/acre 15.9 dwelling units/acre; <br /> (3) introduction of an ordinance approving a PUD Development Plan to construct 94 condominium <br /> units and related site improvements; (4) introduction of an ordinance approving a first amendment <br /> to the Development Agreement; and (5) a resolution approving an Affordable Housing Agreement <br /> 23. The 90-day limit begins on the date the <br /> decision is final (Code of Civil Procedure§ 1094.6). Further, if you challenge an action taken by the City Council in court, you <br /> may be limited, by California law, including but not limited to Government Code §65009, to raising only those issues you or <br /> someone else raised in the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council prior to or at the public <br /> hearing.
