CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAJ4EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 749 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING S2-7.08(a), ARTICLE 8,C (COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICTS, CHAPTER 2 (ZONING) TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVEL <br /> OPMENT) OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> PERTAINING TO EQUIPMENT RENTAL YARDS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1. Subsection (a) of ~2-7.08 (Permitted and Conditional <br />Uses), Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of <br />the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended by deleting rental hand <br />tools, garden tools, power tools, trailers, and other similar <br />equipment as conditionally· permitted uses in the C-C (Central <br />Commercial District). <br /> <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective 30 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once in "THE TIMES" <br />a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of <br />Pleasanton, within fifteen days after its adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Pleasanton on December 9 , 1974. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Pleasanton on December 16 , 1974 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: CouncilmemJDers Iier!ihy, KinneV~ Le Claire, Philcox <br /> ~:'~ayor ~lorj. <br />NOES:None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ]D PfO'RI~,-+4AYOR <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ¢ r <br />Wil am H.
