DROUGHT SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> When the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has declared a State of Emergency, water usage will be <br /> reduced to a minimum level for all cleaning activities. <br /> PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES <br /> ✓ Power washing <br /> ✓ Carpet extraction <br /> ✓ Washing of any hard surface with water <br /> ✓ Using a hose or any other water dispensing device without a valve inline to stop flow <br /> when not in use <br /> ✓ All cleaning and sanitizing activities will be reviewed by the City Representative to <br /> ensure compliance with the City Councils Water Conservation Standards. <br /> ✓ Unnecessary flushing of toilets and urinals beyond what is required to clean and sanitize <br /> CHANGES TO SERVICE LEVEL <br /> Because of the State of Emergency that exists in the City of Pleasanton, it may be necessary to reduce or <br /> stop service to certain facilities due to lack of natural resources. If this becomes necessary, a written notice <br /> will be issued with instructions. Changes in the fee structure will be negotiated prior to the change to the <br /> service level. <br /> Page 13 of 53 <br />
