The ID card must be worn in plain sight while working in our facilities. <br /> 5-10. SECURITY <br /> This work shall include but not limited to securing all extemalinternal doors and windows of the City <br /> owned facilities maintained by the Contractor Monday through Sunday. The City shall provide a <br /> schedule for lock up procedures to the Contractor upon award of proposal. <br /> Most buildings are fitted with a Proximity (Prox) card system that will allow access without the use of <br /> keys. Internal doors will use a key for access to individual rooms. <br /> An alarm access code and photo ID Prox Card will be issued to each employee. These are issued to the <br /> individual and MUST NOT BE SHARED. Sharing of alarm codes or prox cards are grounds for <br /> immediate termination of the contract. <br /> The Contractor shall be responsible to ensure that each employee be photographed and an ID card <br /> issued before their work in the city can begin. <br /> No non-employees or family members will be allowed in any city facility at any time. Only authorize <br /> Contractor employees may be present during hours of service. <br /> 5-11. WORK IN THE DEPARTMENT <br /> All workers assigned to the Police Department will have to undergo a thorough background check to <br /> include, but not limited to; Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, State and Local <br /> jurisdictions. There will be no unauthorized personnel allowed in the facility. <br /> Contractor must schedule finger printing with the Police Department at least two weeks before start of <br /> work for all affected employees. <br /> Private offices in the building shall be cleaned during daytime business hours only.
