EXHIBIT A <br /> DRAFT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> P15-0008, Social Vocational Services, Inc. <br /> (Training Center) Conditional Use Permit <br /> 6602 Owens Drive, Suite 100 <br /> May 5, 2015 <br /> PROJECT SPECIFIC CONDITIONS <br /> Planning Division <br /> 1. The location and operation of the proposed use shall conform substantially to <br /> Exhibit B (dated "Received" February 4, 2015), on file with the Planning Division, <br /> except as modified by these conditions. Minor changes to the approved <br /> operation and schedule may be approved by the Community Development <br /> Director if determined to be in substantial conformance with the approved use <br /> permit. <br /> 2. The school capacity shall be limited to a maximum of 30 students and 13 staff <br /> present at any one time. <br /> 3. Should parking or on- or off-site traffic/circulation problems occur, as determined <br /> by the Director of Community Development, the applicant shall revise the training <br /> or drop-off schedule to resolve the problem(s) to the satisfaction of the Director of <br /> Community Development. If necessary, the Director of Community Development <br /> may refer the conditional use permit application to the Planning Commission for <br /> review and possible modification. <br /> 4. If additional hours of operation, numbers of clients or staff, or activities beyond <br /> what is stated in the applicant's written narrative, dated "Received February 4, <br /> 2015" on file with the Planning Division, are desired, City review and approval are <br /> required. The Director of Community Development may approve the modification <br /> or refer the matter to the Planning Commission if judged to be substantial. <br /> 5. All activities and gatherings shall be conducted within the building and all exterior <br /> doors shall remain closed when not being used for ingress/egress purposes. The <br /> applicant shall inform all clients to not loiter or make loud noises outside of the <br /> building. <br /> 6. The applicant shall install an alarm on all exterior doors to alert staff when <br /> anyone enters or exits the facility. <br /> 7. The applicant shall install a sound-reducing product in the demising walls that <br /> meets or exceeds a sound transmission class (STC) rating of 50 STC, such that <br /> an interior noise standard of 45 dBA Ldn would be maintained in the adjacent <br />
