CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 747 AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PARCEL OF PROPERTY APPROXI~!ATELY 3.00~ ACRES IN SIZE, LOCATED I~MEDIATELY EAST OF SANTA RITA ROAD AND BORDERED BY THE ARROYO DEL VALLE ON THE SOUTH, STANLEY BOULEVARD ON THE NORTH AND THE WESTERN BOUNDARY OF THE PLEASANTON MOBILE HO~ PARK ON THE EAST~ FROM C-F (CO~LMERCIAL FREEWAY) TO THE C-S (CO~.~ERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT AS SHOW!_.] ON ZONING UNIT MAP NO. 144, AND AMENDING THE ZONING ~P OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY. WHE~EAS~ the Planning Commission by their Resolution No.1313 adopted at their regular meeting of September 11~ 1974, recor~.ende to the City Council the rezoning of certain property located i~mediately east of Santa Rita Road and bordered by the Arroyo del Valle on the South, Stanley Boulevard on the north and the western boundary of the Pleasanton Mobile Home Park on the East from C-F (Commercial Freeway) to the C-S (Commercial Service) District? and WHEREAS, this matter was heard by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a Public Hearing held at their meeting on November 25, 1974; and ~ W~EREAS, this rezoning has been deemed to be consistent with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton~ NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS~ Section 1. The parcel of property approximately 3.00~ acres in size, located immediately north of the junction of Santa Rita Road and Stanley Boulevard, and bordered by Santa Rita Road on the West, the Arroyo del Valle on the South, Stanley Boulevard on the north and the western boundary of the Pleasanton Mobile Home Park on the East, is hereby rezoned from C-F (Commercial Freeway) to the C-S (Commercial Freewa~ District, as shown on Zoning Unit Map #144 attached hereto as Exhibit 'A", and the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton is amended accordingly. section 2 zoning unit Map'No 144 dated December 5 197~ on
