OVERVD EW The City of Pleasanton held three Neighborhood Meetings regarding the draft East Pleasanton Specific Plan (EPSP). The purpose of the meetings was to solicit feedback from various neighborhoods regarding the draft plan. While each of the meetings was intended to focus on specific neighborhood-level issues, all three meeting dates and times were listed on the public notices to maximize public input and provide flexibility for public attendance. Notification for the Neighborhood Meetings included: • Mailing of a post-card notice to residents within the following neighborhoods: Ironwood, Danbury Park,Valley Trails,Autumn Glen,Heritage Valley,Mohr-Martin, Stoneridge Park, and 07f±r, those within a 1,000-foot radius of the EPSP site; ^' in • Electronic distribution of the meeting notice to East Pleasanton Task Force members,Planning Commission members, and interested parties; Q • Upload to die City's webpage; • A display advertisement in The Valley Times newspaper;and O, • Listing in the Community Calendar section of the Pleasanton Weekly. d 1=.
