. <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 74-105 <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUPERCEDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA AND THE CITY OF PLEASANTON PER- <br /> TAINING TO ALAMEDA CRIMINAL JUSTICE PLANNING BOARD. <br /> IfWHEREAS, on September 21, 1971, the joint exercise of powers <br /> I <br /> agreement was entered into between the City of Pleas- <br /> ' anton, Alameda County and other municipalities within <br /> ji the County of Alameda pertaining to a county-wide <br /> Criminal Justice Planning Board; and <br /> ;' WHEREAS, it has been necessary to enter into a new agreement <br /> superceding the September 21, 1971 agreement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNICL OF THE CITY OT PLEASANTON HEREBY <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> RE <br /> Section 1. The City of Pleasanton is hereby authorized to enter <br /> into a joint exercise of powers agreement with the County <br /> of Alameda and other municipalities within said County <br /> pertaining to an Alameda Criminal Justice Planning Board. <br /> Section 2.
