_1 <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 74-97A <br /> II RE : APPROVING PRIORITY PLAN FOR EXPENDITURE UNDER <br /> PROVISIONS OF THE STATE BEACH, PARK, RECREA- <br /> TIONAL, AND HISTOHICAL FACILITIES BOND OF 1974 <br /> IWHEREAS, the State Beach, Park, Recreational, and Historical <br /> 1 <br /> Facilities Bond Act of 1974 requires that each county <br /> iishall consult with all cities and districts within the <br /> { county which are authorized to provide park and <br /> recreation services and develop and submit to the <br /> 1 <br /> state a priority plan for expenditure of the county ' s <br /> allocation; and <br /> it <br /> 1 WHEREAS , the County of Alameda has consulted with said <br /> cities and districts and has prepared a priority plan <br /> for expenditure of the county ' s allocation, including <br /> expenditures by eligible city and districts , said <br /> priority plan being attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , said priority plan has been approved by at least 50 <br /> II percent of the cities and districts representing 50 <br /> percent of the population of the cities and districts <br /> within the county , said approval being shown on Exhibit <br /> li "B" attached hereto; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the priority plan for the <br /> expenditure of the county ' s allocation of funds under <br /> the State Beach, Park, Recreational, and Historical <br /> Facilities Bond Act of 1974, a copy of which plan is <br /> II attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" , be and the same is <br /> hereby approved. <br /> fl <br /> II <br />
