<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 74-91
<br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED BOUNDARY MAP
<br /> WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the
<br /> City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, an amended boundary
<br /> map for Assessment District No. 1974-1, Stoneridge Center, City of
<br /> Pleasanton, Alameda County, California,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
<br /> City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that that certain
<br /> map entitled, "Amended Boundary Map, Assessment District No. 1974-1,
<br /> Stoneridge Center, City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of
<br /> California, " is hereby approved; and
<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of said map
<br /> shall be filed with the County Recorder of the County of Alameda in
<br /> accordance with the provisions of Part 2, Division 4. 5 of the Streets
<br /> and Highways Code of the State of California, and that said map amends
<br /> the map entitled, "Boundary Map, Assessment District No. 1974-1,
<br /> Stoneridge Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, "
<br /> which map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the
<br /> County of Alameda on the 18th day of April, 1974•,. in Volume 1 of
<br /> Maps of Assessment Districts at Pages 386 and 387.
<br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
<br /> regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton,
<br /> Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
<br /> 13th day of May, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
<br /> AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Philcox , Mayor Mori and Councilwoman
<br /> LeClaire
<br /> NOES: Councilmen None
<br /> ABSENT: Councilmen None
