<br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 74_2i
<br /> IN THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENTS AND ACQUISITIONS
<br /> TO BE MADE IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-5, STONE-
<br /> RIDGE CENTER, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY,
<br /> CALIFORNIA
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton,
<br /> Alameda County, California, that it is the intention of said City
<br /> Council to order the following improvements and acquisitions to
<br /> be made in Assessment District No. 1974-5 , Stoneridge Center, City of
<br /> Pleasanton, Alameda County, California , to wit:
<br /> The acquisition of roadway and easement rights of way
<br /> for Assessment Districts No. 1974-3 and 1974-4 . Said
<br /> acquisitions shall include all public street rights of
<br /> way necessary for the construction of ring and magazine
<br /> roads and off-site utility rights of way for Assessment
<br /> District No. 1974-3 , all rights of way for the construc-
<br /> tion of Stoneridge Drive west of I-680 , and all rights
<br /> of way for the construction of Johnson Industrial Drive.
<br /> The construction of public site improvements adjacent to
<br /> the Regional Shopping Center , including grading and com-
<br /> paction of public roadway areas , including aggregate base,
<br /> subbase, cushion material, asphalt concrete and pavement
<br /> overlay, street monuments , traffic regulatory signs , street
<br /> name signs and pavement striping, including concrete curb
<br /> and gutters , storm water inlets , landscaping and irrigation
<br /> facilities , and all other appurtenances necessary for the
<br /> completion of Assessment District No. 1974-5 .
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED that said improvements to be constructed in
<br /> the streets, avenues , lanes , courts , roads, places and/or public
<br /> ways hereinabove described, will be of dimensions, materials, and
<br /> in the particular locations , as set forth and shown on the plans
<br /> and specifications and detailed drawings hereinafter referred to;
<br /> together with the construction of all appurtenances thereto, includ-
<br /> ing necessary fittings , trenchings , grading and regrading, excava-
<br /> tion and fill, removal of obstructions, connections to existing
<br /> services , back filling, reconstruction of existing ground surface
<br /> as required to conditions existing prior to commencement of construc-
<br /> tion, all in the manner, of the materials, and to the dimensions
<br /> and ' to the grades , and in the particular locations as the same will
<br /> be more fully shown on the plans and specifications and detailed
<br /> drawings hereinafter referred to;
