He is not compensated for serving in that position,nor reimbursed for any expenses. The City Attorney opines that pursuant to Govt. Code§1091.5(a)(7)and Political Reform Act regulation 18701.3(b), Mr. Fialho's interest in the contract between the City and the Sandra J. Wing Healing Therapies Foundation is deemed remote such that he should not be considered interested in the contract under Govt. Code§1090 or the Political Reform Act (') The above projects are proposed to be funded with CDBG and City General Funds. Total funding available from these two sources is $387,300($215,138 CDBG+$172162 GF)as shown earlier in the table on page 2. Applications Recommended for LIHF Funding In past years, the City has utilized its Lower Income Housing Fund (LIHF) to supplement the CDBG (now HHSG) program to enable funding of several important housing-related services that would otherwise be difficult to fund using the limited CDBG "public services" dollars. As in prior years, these programs were reviewed primarily by the Housing Commission and its recommendations are listed below.
