A motion was made by Commissioner Soby seconded by Commissioner Lombardo, to approve the meeting minutes of February 19, 2015 as corrected. The motion was approved unanimously. CONSENT CALENDAR 2. Approval of the February 2015 Financial Reports for Ridge View Commons and Kottinger Place 3. Management Updates for Kottinger Place and Ridge View Commons Commissioner Lombardo indicated he had questions concerning item 2 of the Consent Calendar. Vice Chairperson Welsh requested the item be removed from the Consent Calendar so the Commission could discuss. Commissioner Lombardo discussed with Sean Barcelon the actual and variance numbers of $25,813.55 being the same on the February 2015 Variance Report. Mr. Barcelon indicated this was an error in reporting. Mr. Erickson advised that the report was prepared by Eden Housing. Mr. Barcelon further discussed this en-or and a discrepancy issue on the balance sheet. He indicated he was unsure whether the amount was to be reversed and was being left on the Barcelon Balance sheet until a determination was made. Commissioner Lombardo felt there was a need to determine if any action was to be taken on this, and if not, it should be removed. Mr. Erickson requested Mr. Barcelon research the background on this so he can provide information to Commissioners. Commissioner Lombardo indicated he would like to see some activity taken on this. A motion was made by Commissioner Soby, seconded by Commissioner Lombardo, to approve the Consent Calendar with action being taken to correct the Ridgeview Commons February 2015 variance report and balance sheet items. The motion was approved unanimously. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC 4. Introductions I Awards/ Recognitions Mr. Erickson introduced the Commission to Brian Dolan and advised that Mr. Dolan would be taking over as the Assistant City Manager from his current position as Community Development Director when Steven Bocian retires at the end of March. Mr. Dolan indicated he was looking forward to working with the Commission and thanked them for their hard work. 5. Public Comment from the audience regarding items not listed on the agenda There were no comments. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS 6. Approval of Federal HOME Funds and City Lower Income Housing Funds Related to the Housing and Human Services Grant(HHSG) Program for Fiscal Year 2015-16 Mr. Erickson introduced the agenda report and provided information about the allocation of federal HOME Investment Partnership and City Lower Income Housing Funds (LIHF) for the Housing and Human Services Grant program for fiscal year 2015/16.
