The owner of the adjacent building <br /> has already sent a letter to the planning dept.and intends to attend our CUP hearing tomorrow night. Parking ratio is <br /> 3.3 per 1000 s.f.,we will occupy 19 parking spaces as per our lease. <br /> Parking:Limited parking at these buildings.Will the tenants clients remain at the site for the day? <br /> An average of about 30 clients will spend 5.5 hours in our facility M-F between the hours of 8:30am and 3:30pm.
