RESOLUTION NO. 15-737 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ACCEPTING THE MIDYEAR FY 2014/15 OPERATING BUDGET AND AMENDING <br /> THE FY 2014/15 OPERATING BUDGET ACCORDINGLY <br /> WHEREAS, staff periodically presents to the City Council reports regarding the financial <br /> condition of the City along with any recommendations for budget amendments and technical <br /> corrective actions needed, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council formally adopted the FY 2014/15 Operating Budget <br /> ("Budget") on June 4, 2013, and <br /> WHEREAS, staff prepared a Midyear Budget update that includes recommended <br /> amendments to the Budget. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE <br /> FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1: It ratifies adjustments approved by the City Manager and funded from the <br /> contingency totaling $68,900. <br /> SECTION 2: It amends the Budget, as outlined in Attachment A. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at . <br /> a regular meeting held on March 17, 2015. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the forgoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 17th Day of March, <br /> 2015, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Narum, Olson, Pentin, Vice Mayor Brown <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: Mayor Thome <br /> Abstain: None <br /> Kare• Diaz, City ; <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> "`.. • <br /> Jona an Lowell, City Attorney <br />
