RESOLUTION NO. 15-735 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO ADD A ZONING PROCESSING FEE <br /> FOR BEEKEEPING APPLICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS, On February 17, 2015, the City Council introduced and adopted on March <br /> 3, 2015, Ordinance No. 2113, the new Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 18.103 <br /> (Beekeeping) establishing a zoning permit process and performance standards for beekeeping <br /> on land in the A (Agricultural) zoning district; for properties with detached, single-family homes <br /> located in the R-1 (One-Family Residential) zoning district, RM (Multi-Family Residential) zoning <br /> district, and the Downtown Specific Plan Area; and <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution adopts a modification to the Master Fee Schedule to include <br /> a $150.00 zoning permit fee for beekeeping applications. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. The Master Fee Schedule is amended to include a processing fee of <br /> $150.00 for beekeeping applications. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of Pleasanton at a <br /> regular meeting held on March 3, 2015. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 3th day of March <br /> 2015, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> Abstain: None <br /> Karen Di z, I' <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> JonaffarfLowell, City Attorney <br />
