County will pay Contractor upon successful completion and acceptance of the <br /> following services listed below, within thirty (30) days, upon receipt of invoice. <br /> 3. Invoices will be approved by the County, Public Works Agency. <br /> 4. Total payment under the terms of this Agreement will not exceed the total amount <br /> of One Million Five Hundred Thirty Five Thousand dollars ($1,535,000).
