11. TERMINATION OF TEAM BASED HYBRID SCHEDULE OR SIDE LETTER <br /> a. If the TBHS does not meet the needs of either the Department or the PPOA,the Police <br /> Chief shall order a return to the existing 4/10 schedule as identified in MOU Section <br /> 28.3,and provide 45 days of advance notice prior to the start of a shift cycle to allow for <br /> seniority shift sign-up. (In October 2013,the Department will conduct shift sign-ups for <br /> both the TBHS and the existing 4/10 schedule,based on MOU Section 28.3,for the 2014 <br /> calendar year.) <br /> b. This Side Letter shall terminate should the parties discontinue the TBHS. <br /> c. Upon completion of the September 2014—January 2015 cycle,the parties will meet to <br /> conduct a final assessment of the TBHS.
