CONCLUSION
This report introduces the key elements of the successor MOU with the Pleasanton
Police Officers' Association representing non-management sworn law enforcement
personnel of the City of Pleasanton. All agreements reached between the parties during
the meet and confer process are tentative until the contract, in its entirety, is ratified by
members of the PPOA (this was completed in at the beginning of March) and approved
by the City Council. It is the City of Pleasanton's practice to introduce the key elements
of the proposed contract to allow for open discussion prior to Council action at a future
meeting.
Sub,ed by: Fisc Review: Approved
vfOipL// /
De•ra Gill Tina Olson Nelson Fialho
Director of Human Resources/ Director of Finance City Manager
Labor Relations
Attachment 1: Pleasanton Police Officers' Association Memorandum of Understanding
(June 1, 2014 — May 31, 2017)
