RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCPETING THE MIDYEAR FY <br /> 2014-15 OPERATING BUDGET AND AMENDNG THE FY 2014-15 OPERATING BUDGET ACCORDINGLY <br /> WHEREAS,staff periodically presents to the City Council reports regarding the financial condition <br /> of the City along with any recommendations for budget amendments and technical corrective actions <br /> needed, and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council formally adopted the FY 2014-15 Operating Budget("Budget")on June <br /> 4, 2013, and <br /> WHEREAS,staff prepared a Midyear Budget update that includes recommended amendments to <br /> the Budget. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANON DOES <br /> HEREBY RESOLVE,DECLARE,DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1: It ratifies adjustments approved by the City Manager and funded from the <br /> contingency totaling$68,900. <br /> SECTION 2: It amends the Budget, as outlined in Attachment A. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular <br /> meeting held on March 17, 2015. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the forgoing resolution <br /> was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 17th Day of March,2015,by the following <br /> vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Karen Diaz,City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Jonathan Lowell,City Attorney <br />
