The draft list of priorities includes previously approved priorities from the previous 2013-2014 <br /> work plan, as well as new projects, programs and/or activities recommended by staff and <br /> various City boards, commissions and committees. Upon agreement by the City Council, these <br /> new initiatives will be incorporated into the City's new work plan and organized in the <br /> aforementioned categories listed above. <br /> Please also note that individual Council member proposed additions have also been added to <br /> the draft priorities list for consideration; they appear on the last page in red font. We will spend <br /> time as a group discussing these items and determining whether they should also be added to <br /> the work plan. <br /> For your reference, also attached are copies of the City's General Plan vision statement, as <br /> well as the organization's vision statement which, when read together, capture the City's short- <br /> and long-term strategic effort, and a list of 2013-2014 selected accomplishments. <br /> I look forward to the discussion on March 10. <br /> Attachments: <br /> 1.
