CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 845 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION l(c) OF SECTION 2-7.21 <br /> (CONDITIONAL USES) OF ARTICLE 9 (I INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS), <br /> CHAPTER 2 (ZONING), TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT) OF <br /> THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RELATING <br /> TO RESTAURANTS AND SODA FOUNTAINS IN I-P (INDUSTRIAL PARK) <br /> DISTRICTS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Subsection l(c) of ~2-7.21 (Conditional Uses) of Article 9, <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> c. Restaurants and soda fountains, not including drive-in <br /> establishments. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br />after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br />(15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper of general <br />circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on February 15, 1978. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on February 28, 1978 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> <br />NOES: None Mayor Philc~ <br />ABSENT: None O~B~~~ <br /> :RT C.
