MINUTES 1 <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> February 3, 2015 <br /> Mayor Thome called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Vice-Mayor Brown led the <br /> Pledge of Allegiance and provided introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Absent: None <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> City Attorney Lowell reported that the Council met in Closed Session regarding anticipated litigation. No <br /> reportable action was taken. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS - None <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of January 6, 2015 <br /> Community Development <br /> 2. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 3. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids, and awarded and authorized the City Manager <br /> to execute a construction contract to Rosas Brothers Construction in the amount of $294,980 for <br /> the Annual Curb and Gutter Replacement Project, CIP No. 145009; authorized the Director of <br /> Community Development to approve and execute contract change orders for a contingency <br /> amount not to exceed $29,496 and appropriated $24,700 from the streets CIP (Fund 160) to fully <br /> fund the project <br /> Finance <br /> 4. Accepted the monthly disbursements and investment report for December 2014 <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Brown/Narum to approve the Consent Calendar.
