Planning Commission, February 11, 2015 <br /> Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, David Nagler, and Greg <br /> O'Connor <br /> Commissioner Absent: Commissioners Jack Balch, Gina Piper, and Herb Ritter <br /> PUD-108, Pacific Pearl, Brad Blake, on behalf of BHV CenterStreet Properties, <br /> LLC <br /> Application for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Plan approval to <br /> construct an approximately 112,000-square-foot shopping center and related site <br /> improvements on approximately 11.5 acres of the Retail/Commercial site at Staples <br /> Ranch. Zoning for the property is PUD-C (Planned Unit Development — Commercial) <br /> District. <br /> Action Recommended: Recommend approval. <br /> Action taken: Recommended approval, per staff recommendation, with modifications to <br /> the Conditions of Approval to limit Permitted and Conditional Uses for <br /> barbershops and beauty shops with massage services to 5,000 square <br /> feet within the entire shopping center.
