Approved regular meeting minutes of November 18 and December 2, 2014 and special meeting minutes of December 16, 2014 Community Development 2. Reviewed actions of the Zoning Administrator Finance 3. Accepted the monthly disbursements and investment report for November 2014 MOTION: It was m/s by Narum/Brown to approve the Consent Calendar. Motion passed by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne NOES: None ABSENT: None MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC 4. Recognition of out-going Commission and Committee Members Mayor Thorne recognized the following out-going Commission and Committee Members: Economic Vitality Committee - Dean Schenone (not present) and Sima Yazdani; Housing Commission — John Casey and Colleen Lopez; Human Services Commission — Joyce Berger (not present); Library Commission — Corey Cooper (not present) and Denise Fornier; Parks and Recreation Commission — Ted Kinzer; Tri Valley Conservancy— Mary Roberts. 5.
