CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 945 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE II, CHAPTER 13, SECTION <br /> 2-20.08(b) (SIZE OF PROJECTS) OF THE RESIDENTIAL <br /> ALLOCATION PROGRAM BY MODIFYING THE NUMBER OF UNITS <br /> PERMITTED FOR A NON-PHASED PROJECT IN A GIVEN YEAR <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section 2-20.08(b) (Size of Projects) of Section 2-20.08 <br /> (Eligibility Requirements for Projects Requiring Residential <br /> Allocation Program Approval) of Chapter 13 (Residential <br /> Allocation Program), Title II (Zoning and Development) <br /> of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby <br /> amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(b) Size of Projects. Projects submitted for Residential <br /> Allocation Program review shall not include more than eighty <br /> (80) units for any proposed single-year project nor more <br /> than one hundred and fifty (150) units in a proposed <br /> phased project. Proposed phasedprojects shall contain <br /> no more than fifty (50) units in any one phase and shall <br /> contain a maximum of three (3) phases. The total project <br /> (up to the 150 unit maximum) shall be the "project" judged <br /> by the City Council. A single developer may receive <br /> development approval for a maximum of eighty (80) units <br /> in any one allocation period, which may be in one or more <br /> proposed projects. A single developer may apply for an <br /> unlimited number of units; if more than eighty (80) units <br /> qualify for development, the developer may choose which <br /> of his proposals he wishes to develop, subject to the <br /> eighty (80) unit maximum." <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper <br /> of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on September 23, 1980. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on October 14,1980 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers -Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> <br />
